Huachuang Synthesis Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established through the overall shareholding system restructuring and transformation in 2014 from Shaanxi Synthesis Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which was founded in April 2009. In March 2015, it was officially listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ, also known as the "New Third Board"), with the stock code: 832077 and a market value of approximately RMB 1.2 billion.
